I heard a leak coming from below my house late in the day and discovered a pinhole in a copper pipe from my outdated water system. I called Jenkins, and they were onsite within an hour to diagnose the issue. They got things under control and were back first thing the next morning with the needed supplies to update the system. It was all very painless and prompt. They showed up on time, completed the job neatly and effectively, and everyone I spoke with (3 technicians, office dispatch) was very helpful and friendly. I called Jenkins to arrange for a new toilet and to look at some faucets that had become problematic. Joe was here for the entire day working on 3 faucet replacements, one toilet repair, and replacing one toilet. Our house is 100+ years old, so we're always ready for costly surprises. Joe worked carefully, explaining all of the problems and how he was addressing them. I will 100% call them for any further plumbing work.

We were very pleased with the work Braxston did on our old, dirty oil burner; he worked on it for six hours, and it was a very dirty job. He looked so young I questioned his past experience, but he proved to be diligent and knowledgeable in the task he had to perform. He cleaned up the soot as best he could and had to go to another job in Cape May. I felt sorry for him, but I knew he would do a great job there too because of his diligence.

I've used a few different plumbing companies in the past, but Jenkins was nothing short of excellent. The technician, Dave, was knowledgeable and explained everything as he worked so I would be more aware of any future issues. I will definitely be using them again!

Was very pleased with the response time to come out to fix the issue with my heating system. I had an indication of what the issue was, and it just needed a good cleaning and adjustments. The price was reasonable as well. Would call again for a service call anytime.

Office service is very good. Able to have someone go to the home and fix the problem the same day. I won't be able to see the finished job until the weekend when I will get there in person to check everything out.
